Who Am I?

Hello! I am so glad that you have decided to embark on this journey. I am a Washington based therapist working individually with adults. My style it warm, playful, and direct.

I received my Masters in Social Work from Tulane University in New Orleans. I have experience working with individuals of all ages who come from a variety of life experiences and identities. I have a background in Community Mental Health, supporting adolescents, families, and young adults experiencing homelessness. I currently hold an Associate Independent Clinical Social Work license in the state of Washington. My license number is SC60890951.

When I am not doing therapy, I enjoy gardening, hosting dinner parties, and playing outside with my dog, Frankie.
